This past weekend your Alumni Center hosted its first ever completely virtual class reunion! Starting with a Friday night introductory session, guests were able to log on to Zoom and begin reconnecting in preparation for Saturday’s full day of activities. Thanks to the committee, working alongside the Alumni Center for many months, this reunion was a great time for all who attended.
On Saturday, members of the classes of 1980 and 1981 enjoyed a video of the campus then and now, poll questions about the college during the 1980s, breakout discussion groups, and several pre-recorded interviews with former faculty as well as a few classmates whose ministries were featured. Not only did everyone enjoy reminiscing about their days on campus, but they were encouraged by one another’s current life situations and stories of God’s work in them through the years. Thank you to the 40th Reunion Committee (Glenn Cate g80, John Anderson g80, Karen Whitman g80, and Karen Gerig Mills g81) and all those who participated to make this a wonderful event!
